At Outside Running Co., we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Our Refund Policy covers returns and refunds, for products purchased through our website, www.outsdierunningco.com. Please note that certain terms may vary depending on whether you bought a single item or subscribed to one of our boxes.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  1. Unopened, Unused Items:

    • We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.

  2. Exclusions:

    • Certain items may be non-returnable for health or safety reasons (e.g., perishable products,personal care goods, opened or partially consumed supplements).

    • Final sale or clearance items, gift cards, and digital downloads are generally ineligible for refunds.

  3. Subscription Boxes:

    • Due to the curated nature of our monthly boxes, we do not accept returns of subscription boxes once shipped. If you have concerns about a specific product in your box, please reach out so we can make it right.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Email support@outsiderunningco.com  with your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos.

    • We will respond with instructions and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Shipping Your Return:

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of your refund status.

    • Returns have to be sent to the following address: 15 W Fern Ct, 211, Palatine, IL 60067 

    • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [14 business days].

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. Provide photos of the damage.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or partial/full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • Ongoing Subscriptions:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

    • Cancellations made after your subscription has been processed may not be eligible for a refund for that cycle.

  • Issues with Contents:

    • If an item in your subscription box is missing or damaged, contact us promptly so we can offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.

6. Shipping Errors or Lost Packages

  • If your shipment is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping provider. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that’s resending the shipment or issuing a refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
