2. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: We generally process new orders within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.

  • Subscription Boxes:

    • Monthly/Regular Cycle: Your subscription box will ship [once a month] (or on a specified schedule).

3. Shipping Fee & Methods

  • Flat Rate Shipping (Domestic): We charge $10 for shipping each box or one-time order within the contiguous US.

  • Carrier Selection: We primarily use USPS for deliveries. Tracking details will be provided when available.

  • Additional Charges: If expedited shipping is requested, additional fees may apply. 


4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery : Estimated [3–7 business days] in transit once shipped.

  • Expedited Delivery : Estimated [2-3 business days] in transit once shipped.

5. Subscription Box Shipment Dates

  • Billing & Shipping Cycle: Recurring subscribers are billed on your billing date, and boxes ship soon after.

  • Notification: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your box is en route.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Returned Shipments: If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may be required to reship the order.

7. Missing or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, or is otherwise lost in transit, please contact us at support@outsiderunningco.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may re-send the shipment or issue a refund/credit per our judgment.

  • Delays: Factors such as weather, peak holiday seasons, or carrier issues may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report Within 2 Days: Inspect your delivery upon receipt. If items arrive damaged or defective, contact support@outsiderunningco.com within 48 hours.

  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or credit, per our Refund Policy guidelines.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customs & Duties: You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees your country may impose.

  • Potential Delays: Shipments can be delayed at customs. Outside Running Co. cannot control or expedite this process.
